In this segment on common signs you’ve outgrown a healer, you will learn:
- How to recognize if working with a healer is giving you true results
- Why you can’t bypass the many layers of your subconscious wounding
- Why healers can only take you as far as they are willing to go themselves
- How to optimize your healing efforts
- And more…
When to know it’s time to stop working with a healer?
Once you start actively working on your healing and working with different healers over time, you inevitably reach a point that you outgrow some of the people you work with. This can be due to various reasons, which in essence aren’t that relevant. What is important is to acknowledge the truth and to gracefully end the client/healer or therapist relationship as soon as possible when they no longer serve you.
This allows you to find a healer/therapist that suits you better and gets you the results you need.
However, sometimes this is easier said than done for again various reasons, such as emotional dependency, giving away your power, seeking or seeing authority externally and so on. It can feel hard to trust your own judgment, depending on the dynamics of the relationship with your healer or therapist and the level to which you have maybe even put that person on a pedestal.
Sometimes you may even have to wrestle yourself lose from unhealthy client/healer or therapist relationships, but all of the above is part of your healing process and reclaiming your own soul (not ego) sovereignty.
Healing is like hitting the gym….
I am writing this article based on my own 30 years of experience in actively working with healers on my own healing on a regular basis and my experience working as a healer with over a thousand clients for the past 5 years.
I have done well over a thousand healing sessions in my own journey as well as facilitated over a thousand healing sessions with clients….
This is what I know:
Healing is like hitting the gym. You do not get massive results from going to the gym one time, once a month or once a year. Gyms don’t work like that and neither does healing. Just like the gym, the more often you go, the more consistent you are – the greater your results will be. In the same way that you are trying to chisel your dream body, when you are healing you chisel away all the layers of false identification that are keeping you from seeing your true soul self.
There is NO way that this can be done in ten healing sessions or even thirty.
So, the point of this article is not to encourage you to stop working with healers – but instead to optimize your healing efforts. What worked great when you first hit the gym, will not work anymore for you when you have become more advanced. You may need new routines, new equipment, a new way of eating and a new trainer to get you to the next level.
The same holds true for healing, sometimes you need to switch things up, sometimes you need new input, sometimes you need a different healing modality or a different healer that can help you access something that you weren’t able to get to before and that’s okay.
Your healing journey is about you and all the people that you choose to work with on your journey, are there in support of you – not the other way around. You are the driving force behind your healing, others can assist you but it’s not their place to try to decide or dictate for you how your journey goes. You are the vessel connected to your soul and so your guidance needs to come from within and not externally.
In the end it is your soul who is the Master coordinator of your return to Oneness, which is what the whole healing process is about – pulling back the layers of the false self. A false self that was created throughout many lifetimes through the accumulation of unprocessed trauma and emotions from this lifetime and many lifetimes before.
11 common signs that it’s time to move on from a healer
It’s from this place of journeying back to our Oneness that I write down these 11 common signs that you have outgrown a healer or a therapist. Sometimes we need a little external validation or input to recognize certain experiences or dynamics in our own life.
Sometimes we seek permission or validation from others to be able to listen to what the little voice inside has been telling us all along. God knows that most of us have not been raised to trust ourselves within our family of origin or society at large. It’s just one of the many old paradigm conditionings that we are meant to reprogram (heal), so that we can hear and follow the calling of our highest self – our soul.
However the time, energy and money that you are currently spending on someone that is not doing what you hired them to do for whatever reason, can be invested in healers and therapists that will assist you in your return to Oneness and help you pull back the layers of the wounded false self.
As we are living in such amazing times of karmic dispensation, there is no time to waste. Now is the time and there has not recently been a time with so many amazing healing modalities that allow you to go as deep as is possible now. Our mothers and grandmothers (fathers and grandfathers) did not have access to the powerful healing tools that are available to us today and unwittingly passed on a lot of trauma to us.
We are literally the generational ‘curse’ breakers as we DO have the tools to do so, which works through to the generations before us and the generation after us – our children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and so on.
Which is why we can’t afford to go down dead-end streets or get stuck in a maze (going in circles) on our own healing journey. Both our loved ones and the world at large needs the medicine of our personal healing. Because our healing sends out a ripple effect into the world which then inspires others to also become the truth of who they are – their true self.
These are the 11 signs that can indicate that you have outgrown a healer or a therapist:
#1 You’re not getting any real results
This is a tricky one because what are results? To me a result is a shift in understanding, much more than a physical result such as love, money, health and so on. I believe that physical manifestations are the byproducts of these inner shifts and so for me what I look for in a healing session is a deeper understanding of myself and my soul’s journey.
There are so many healing modalities that rely on autosuggestion, that feel good – but don’t actually do that much. For example you can have someone align your chakras for the rest of your life, because until you actually address the deeper blocks within those chakras they will continue to go out of whack.
Be careful that you don’t use healing sessions like Aspirins, an Aspirin never addresses the root cause of your pain it just blocks out the pain. That is not true healing, that is using healing to further suppress what actually needs to be addressed.
Getting results means addressing the root causes of the dysfunctions in your life, not simply wanting to feel good and getting healing when you feel ‘crap’.
For healers this is a very lucrative setup (which may not be their intention) because it ensures them returning customers on a regular basis, for years and years on end. Because the root causes aren’t really addressed, the client becomes dependent on the healer to ‘fix’ them on a regular basis. There may be a lot of healing jargon used, but that DOES NOT mean wounds are truly being addressed or that healing is taking place.
You as the recipient of the healing or therapy have to be discerning if this is truly helping you go deep into the root causes of your issues. If not, it’s time to say goodbye and find a healer or therapist that can help you unravel your true inner subconscious blocks.
#2 They are trying to keep you small
Many healers do not work on their own healing and this can manifest in various different ways that I will address in this article. One of those ways can be through controlling behavior. In the past I have worked with a couple of healers that were very controlling and I made it work, because I felt I needed them.
This was especially true for one woman that I clung to, during my first divorce (this was in my 20’s) because I was so scared to stand on my own two feet after a very abusive marriage to a partner who had spent the past thirteen years trying to convince me that I was nothing without him. I was 15 going into that relationship and 28 when I realized that if I didn’t get out of that marriage I wouldn’t survive.
As I healed deeper and deeper from my abusive marriage I no longer needed someone to control me (like my ex-husband had as well) and I stopped working with her. She warned me that I was making a big mistake, but I did fine without her ever since.
Another example was when I started my own healing practice. I never once thought in my life ‘I want to be a healer!’ I am more of a reluctant healer, that was given a gift that I didn’t know how to use initially and certainly didn’t know the potency of initially. I started out very low priced encouraged by two healers that were supporting me in the process, thinking that at least I would have enough life experience and understanding of spiritual law to coach people on their struggles. I started my sessions not knowing what to expect and as soon as we started one by one all of my clients started slipping into past lives, detailing to me what they saw.
When I told one of the other healers I worked with what was happening with my clients in our sessions, he got angry with me and told me that I had no idea what I was doing. I never went back again and that was also due to the fact that he told me that he didn’t want to work with me anymore if I kept acting this recklessly. He was 100% right about one thing, I did not know what I was doing in the beginning and I was transparent to my clients about that when I started my sessions. I worked with over 30 people for free, before I ever started charging money because I didn’t know what to expect – I only knew that it was my next step to start offering one on one sessions.
But had I not started back then, I would have never learned everything I know now about subconscious wounding, or how our past life, ancestral and inner child wounding play into each other. I wouldn’t know how to navigate the Akashic Records the way I do or be able to help my clients access them so targeted, so that we pull up the lives around the themes that we want. I wouldn’t know how to break karmic patterns and everything else I learned from simply showing up and doing it. Plus doing my own healing work, accelerated my healing gifts even further allowing me to take my clients to much greater depth because I had reached that level of depth in myself as well. I now knew what was possible for my clients, because I had experienced this depth of healing myself.
I wouldn’t have been able to get to this level if I would have allowed myself to be kept small, by people with otherwise good intentions.
However, the healers (and my ex-husband) in both of these examples were an externalization of my inner fears and false beliefs, by doing so offering me a chance to heal these subconscious wounds within myself. Having gone as deep as I have now, I know that this fear of not being able to stand on my own two feet for example was already there in my early childhood, reinforced by my maternal lineage and past life wounding.
At that moment in time starting my healing practice, having an extremely strong sense of responsibility I needed to decide if I was going to trust my inner guidance or listen to my fears. While the other healers I was working with were so supportive of this next step and mentoring me, this healer responding in the way he did – really forced me to make the internal decision to forge ahead and trust myself which was really scary because I didn’t know what to expect.
#3 They are blowing smoke up your a$$
Healers that tell you what you want to hear or are in other ways blowing smoke up tour a$$ are useless. I usually work with multiple healers at the same time because this allows you to get feedback on your process from multiple sources and angles and they are often very similar.
I once had a healer tell me that she could see my soul and that I was so beautiful and that if only I could see myself for who I really am, I would realize how perfect I was….
This kind of talk is useless, of course this is true for everyone including this person. Everyone’s true self is beyond magnificent, that’s a given. The problem is that there are layers and layers of subconscious wounding and survival mechanisms that are covering the truth of who you are or at the very least prevent you from truly embodying this highest aspect of the self.
You can’t bypass these various layers of subconscious wounding, they have to be addressed in order to be able to embody your magnificence.
It would be one thing if she would have said this to me and then helped me find the blocks to embodying this part of myself, but she was actually much more interested in getting me in her MLM wellness business downline than in working with me as a healer. I already have a business, I don’t need, want or have time for a MLM side hustle which made it very easy to say goodbye to her.
It almost seemed as if she had more faith in the MLM business than her own healing practice which is very common among healers, to feel insecure about their work as a healer or feel an imposter if they work with someone else’s method. Because many healers, don’t work on their own healing they feel it’s much safer or easier to sell someone else’s product/services, etc. than their own – which asks for a much greater level of vulnerability.
#4 They are telling you are already healed
One of the healers that I have worked with regularly for the past 23 years used to say in the beginning that she thought I was done healing, having gone so deep already. Eventually she stopped saying it, because it would never be true. Since then we have gone even deeper, to depths she and I didn’t even know existed.
But this is something that can happen a lot with healers and usually it means that they have reached the limit of what they can do for you. If they haven’t gone that deep themselves, if they don’t possess an inner humbleness and a willingness to learn then they can’t take you any further.
Any healer and this is super important to understand, can ONLY take you as far as that they are willing to go themselves.
The healer that I mentioned above, is one of the few healers I know that despite being of age continues to work on her own healing. I think all healers should work on their own healing, before during and after they work with clients.
If you don’t your clients are sure to mirror you your unresolved sh*t.
If someone is telling you, you are already whole and healed it’s time to reassess your choice to work with them. Yes, it is true that you are whole and healed on a soul level – this has always been true. However, as long as you subconsciously believe that you are fragmented and separated due to unresolved trauma that created the false self which you have subconsciously identified with – you will not be able to access this state of wholeness.
Because deep down you subconsciously believe the opposite and the subconscious is much more powerful (it is said to be 30.000x more powerful) than your conscious, no amount of conscious effort can reprogram a subconscious belief. The ONLY way to effectively reprogram subconscious false beliefs is by revisiting the original trauma that created them, which is what we do in the Reactivating Your Divine Blueprint sessions.
#5 They are pathologizing you or your experience
I once worked with someone who was a psychologist but had specialized in brainspotting, at some moment she likened the remembrance of past lives to a psychosis!
This is an example of pathologizing a client or their experience, because the difference of course between remembering a past life and being in a psychosis is that in the first you are simply viewing a past timeline story and accompanying emotions while staying present and connected in the current reality. It’s like watching a movie, you know that what you are seeing is not ‘the’ or your present reality. In a psychosis, you experience the altered reality as real and you cannot get back to the here and now without often intervention and medication. In other words, you completely lose touch with the reality that everyone else is experiencing.
It was a ridiculous comparison and someone who has studied psychology should have known better, or at the very least educated herself if she was unfamiliar with past life work.
But this for example also happens a lot with people on the Twin Soul journey, that they are told that they are obsessed with their person or that it is a limerence, which is simply a psychological term for a romantic obsession coined by a psychologist in the late 1970’s.
Aside from some extreme cases where people have gone so far as that their person had to get a restraining order, the majority of the people that experience mild forms of obsessive thinking do not qualify as obsessive. There is a danger to diagnosing them as such, because all the focus will be on letting the other person go which they find impossible to do – otherwise they would have already done it and they wouldn’t have gone to seek the help of a professional.
Instead one should use the attachment to work on the deeper healing of the individual, which then allows them to let go of the other person deeper and deeper. There is an underlying subconscious (psychological) reason, why they have attached themselves so deeply to someone they often don’t even know this well in this lifetime. The person themselves is acutely aware of the fact that this attachment often makes no sense whatsoever from a logical stand point and they already fear they are going ‘crazy’.
However, this is a shared experience among thousands of otherwise completely sane, well functioning members of society across the world – so pathologizing this phenomenon is not the solution.
These connections are so impactful because these are existing soul connections that go way back across multiple previous lifetimes, which gives a sense of knowing this person since forever even when you have just met. Many healers and therapists even the more spiritual ones are unfamiliar with the impact of these kind of soul connections, never having experienced them themselves they can often not understand the deep heart pull that is experienced.
At the same time even though this deep heart pull, is experienced as being pulled toward the other – in reality it is your own subconscious wounds pulling you into your healing. It’s through the intense desire to be with your person and them often pulling back, that one is left no choice but to transform. It’s within this transformation process that you need to be supported and assisted, but because many healers and therapists are unfamiliar with this process, their only goal is to sever the emotional attachment.
If you find yourself working with someone who does this, you could try to discuss it or simply choose someone else who already knows what to do. Within the School of Inner Union for example, you get access to the best healers that I have worked with on my own healing journey. They know exactly what to do to support you in your inner union process.
#6 They want to limit or control who you work with
I have come across this a couple of times with healers who seek to limit the amount of healers that you work with next to them. Some healers demand that you work with them exclusively, because they believe that working with other healers will somehow slow their work down or otherwise negatively impact it.
This is not my experience, I am a big fan of stacking healing sessions. This is also what we do on retreats, is offer clients a group of healers to work with in a short amount of time. Working with multiple healers allows you to go much deeper, than you are able to go with just one healer and healing modality.
This again asks for a deeper level of humility on the healer’s side, to release the need to claim the results of their clients. But also to have healed any insecurities around their own worth as a healer.
When you stack healing sessions, you will see the same theme popping up with different healers. Each session giving you the next piece of the puzzle that has been missing. Because they use different healing modalities, and have different perspectives they can help you access other layers and see different angles.
I personally would not work with someone that wants me to ONLY work with them, because there is no real valid reason to do so and because the benefit of working with multiple healers simultaneously outweighs what one person can accomplish. My own sessions go extremely deep, but I wouldn’t dream of ever telling anyone that they shouldn’t work with someone else for x amount of time after a session with me. Nor do I believe, that working with another healer would somehow diminish or undo the work they have done with me.
I am one of the few healers that actively promotes other healers and working with other healers to my clients, I do this because stacking sessions has amplified my healing in my own journey. I want this amplification of healing for my clients as well. In the new paradigm business model this doesn’t lead to a loss of clients or a loss of money. I focus on the highest good of everyone involved and this automatically ensures my highest good as well, even though I do not take commission on recommending other healers.
My best clients are actually my existing clients who book me over and over again, despite the fact that they can and also do work with other healers that charge less. They know that my healing sessions are unique, which is why they come back because I offer them a zoomed out perspective of the soul across multiple lifetimes that is rare. One session with me is like a couple of healing sessions with other healers crammed into one session, allowing my clients to experience a mental and emotional catharsis when working with me.
Many healers wanting to limit you to them, do so out of ego reasons and/or a belief in scarcity. They are afraid that what you spend somewhere else, you won’t be able to spend with them.
#7 They are projecting their own wounds
Because many healers don’t work on their own healing, they easily project their own wounding on to their clients. This can be very subtle and difficult to really put your finger on sometimes. Especially because in a professional to client situation, you often don’t know too many personal details about the healer or therapist’s life.
Your gut feeling is your best friend here, if it feels off trust yourself.
Other times, it’s so blatant it’s obvious. One of the more obvious ways this shows up is when a healer or a therapist loses their cool and starts acting unprofessionally. This is their job and so if they take things personally or lose their temper with a client, it is because of something inside of themselves that they haven’t dealt with.
For me this was one of the biggest issues for example within the Twin Flame industry, the level of unprofessionalism from service providers of healing and coaching. On my own Twin Soul journey I have preferred working with regular healers instead, with an exception here or there but these were people who were already healers prior to their Twin Soul experience.
I remember one person that I was considering a collaboration with who went absolutely mental on me over nothing and I pulled back immediately, because if she is going to do that with me she will do it with clients and that is not okay. Basically and this is a trap many healers fall into, she worked too many hours, for too little money and was letting her work (with a suicidal client) get to her. When I reminded her (not knowing any of this) of the fact that she still needed to get back to me with details she had promised to send me, she snapped and took all her feelings of overwhelm out on me.
This can happen very easily because a lot of healers and therapists charge too little, which means they need to have a heavy client load to make ends meet. They do this because they want to help as many people as possible, not realizing that they are not helping anyone by spreading themselves too thin.
It’s a recipe for burnout, it’s of course no surprise that the top three professions for burn out are physicians, nurses and social workers – healers and therapists fit right into that list.
#8 They are being judgmental or condescending
My advice to my clients is to avoid talking too much about for example the Twin Soul concept with healers and therapists because you don’t need to and most importantly most of them don’t understand what you are talking about anyway.
I had one yoni massage therapist tell me that she also always attracted Twin Flames, all the poor woman was trying to say was that she attracted younger men.
A client of mine had an altercation with a healer I know and who is an otherwise very good healer and therapist, where the healer told she didn’t believe in the Twin Flame concept because these women are always obsessed with men that belong to other women.
I have learned to avoid such conversations because they are irrelevant. If you have not experienced a Twin Soul connection, you will not be able to get it. Over the years I have had friends come back to me and say, I thought you were crazy when you told me about this – but now that I have met this person I finally understand what you went through.
But the thing is a healer or a therapist doesn’t need to know about your connection to be able to work with you or to help you heal what needs to be healed. Most of your subconscious wounding, say 95% is completely unrelated to a Soul Partner (Twin Soul or Soulmate). They will trigger these wounds to help you heal them, but they didn’t generate this wounding. It was generated in past lives (that they may not even have been a part of), your childhood, your adolescence and adult life or passed on through your family lineage for example.
It has absolutely NOTHING to do with the other person, except that they are helping you bring it into your conscious awareness. So, you don’t need to bring your person into each healing session because it’s not relevant.
Everything I write is also relevant for people who have no special person in their life, the journey back to Oneness whether you travel it solo or with a Soul Partner is essentially the same for everyone. It’s simply our own special blend of unresolved trauma and emotions that makes it seem unique and unlike anyone else.
When a healer or a therapist becomes condescending, you need to remember that you are actually paying this person and that you have a business relationship with them. Would you allow your hairdresser to be condescending to you? Or your tax consultant? No, you would take your business elsewhere. The same should be true for a healer or a therapist and even more so, because of the vulnerable nature of the relationship.
I have left a healer because of this in the past, this was a person who did zero healing. I knew her quite well also personally and the only healing she did was by bartering with other healers. Something many healers do, a so called session swap. The problem is of course that this limits you to the people who want to swap with you and the frequency that they want to swap.
Anyone serious about their own healing journey, does not limit themselves to session swaps.
Anyway this person at some point told me that I was finally making the paradigm shift that she had seen for me all along, which really tied into her own belief system around extraterrestrials.
I was like wait, what?!
Believing in extraterrestrials or not does not constitute a paradigm shift. Especially, if there is no drastic shift in views. However as a therapist or healer, you should of course never tell your client that they are FINALLY achieving what you saw possible for them all along because everyone has their own timetable and experiences to go through. In this case it was a double ego trip, because it was basically all about her saying now that I believe that you are seeing things the way I see them you are finally seeing things correctly.
#9 What they are saying doesn’t resonate
Recently out of nowhere I fell down a staircase with stone steps on my way to the beach, when I got up I couldn’t walk as I had hairline fractures in multiple foot bones and my foot was badly sprained. It happened a month ago, but I still have a big blue and purple bruise under my foot. Before my complete foot was bruised basically everywhere.
Of course something deeper caused this, because it was a really bad fall. I still can’t walk four weeks later. When it happened I had to go to the ER, where they put my foot in a cast. One doctor told me I could take the cast off, but when I came for a checkup the doctor there insisted that I get a special boot that acts like a cast. Crutches were not working for me, so I have a wheelchair now that allows me to do 95% of what I want on my own.
But even worse than the fall, was actually the emotional shock I had from the fall. This shock lasted for hours.
I work with many healers and I actually had a session scheduled that night that we did in the ER as we had to wait for hours anyway. I was there for four hours! Then during the week I did some other sessions that really resonated for me and that were all about deep inner child wounding.
Then that first weekend, one of the people I work with came to my house and told me that the reason I fell down the stairs was because I was going in the wrong direction and the Universe made me fall to stop me.
She said some other things that day that really made me stop and think why I didn’t resonate with what she said and then it hit me that it was because this was old spirituality and old paradigm thinking. It was the complete opposite of what I belief about life and my spiritual beliefs. So, I texted her to cancel our appointment that we had planned for the next week.
When I researched the metaphysical meaning of feet I found this:
‘The feet often store toxic energies (as often to do with grief or resentments as not), as far away from the Heart as possible. This means, in the feet. Often, these are issues that go all the way back to childhood. Lacking the tools to effectively release grief or resentment the body stores it, like it stores fat. Over time, more and more toxic energies are stored here and fill up the receptacle. In many cases, the entire leg can become involved and the waste starts leaking back into the system. This is a very serious situation indeed, that can lead to amputations, blood disorders and even death, as the body struggles to protect the Heart. Metaphysically, it becomes clear that the space you are standing in is painful. The key is to move on. Stop dwelling on the past, release or transform whatever it is that keeps you emotionally standing still.‘ Source: Loredana Trandu
This was what was coming up in every single healing session, my childhood and the connection to my maternal lineage and past lives, including the emotional shock that I had experienced so strongly turned out to have it’s roots in multiple timelines. This interpretation of releasing stuck toxic energies from my foot made so much more sense to me and it was what came up in not one but the majority of the sessions, which is another reason to work with multiple healers because it allows you to get a more complete picture (especially if someone’s interpretation doesn’t resonate).
This message of going in the wrong direction not only didn’t resonate, it contradicted all the signs and syncs I was getting about the new direction my life was taking. An interesting side note is that this person who told me this, was in the process herself of making drastic life changes which included moving countries. She had just received news that she may not be eligible for a staying permit.
This interpretation of being stopped by the Universe for going in the wrong direction seemed (for as far as we can ever really see the truth of someone else’s situation) to be more applicable to her own circumstances than mine.
#10 Saying that you are never going to stop healing
Another all time favorite that healers love to preach is ‘You never stop healing‘ or ‘If you keep digging you will always find something…‘ This isn’t completely true though, although your process will always continue to deepen, you can and will reach a point where you have faced all your unresolved trauma and are no longer approaching life from a trauma-driven perspective.
If this wasn’t the case, we would never be able to return back to wholeness or Oneness. We would endlessly be shoveling through our unresolved sh*t and we would never reach a point of balance and equilibrium.
I think the more correct term is that we never cease to grow and evolve, but that’s not the same thing as that we are never finished healing – because the latter is simply not true. The WHOLE point is to reach this point that we become trauma-driven free, because as long as we look at life through the lens of trauma – we are not free, We are still chained to our past, and we continue to drag the past into the Here and Now moment which prevents us from truly experiencing life as it is – because we perceive our reality through our trauma-driven filter.
#11 Telling you to stop digging in the past and to just live now
Many people who care about you like friends and family will tell you this, but sometimes healers and therapists will tell you this as well thinking that somehow your trauma or issues are never ending which I already explained – they do come to an end. The idea is that if you don’t think about things or pretend that they aren’t there that they will go away, this is NOT true.
Anything that you do not address or leave unaddressed, stays subconscious and as such will continue to pull in the people, situations and experiences that will help you make the subconscious unprocessed emotions conscious.
Which means that you will continue to ‘suffer’ until you face what wants to be seen.
Let me tell you this.
It is a lot less painful to find these subconscious fears and false beliefs within a session with a healer or a therapist, then it is to play out these experiences in your day to day life.
It really is.
It is easier to work through them by understanding their origins than to have to live them as difficult relationships, experiences or situations that help you PLAY out the subconscious unprocessed emotions in an attempt to heal them.
Ignoring them is NOT an option.
They do not disappear on their own, they slip into your subconscious or have already slipped into your subconscious in the past and continue to wreak havoc in your life until you face them and heal them once and for all.
What makes this PLAYING these suppressed emotions out in real life, even more complicated is that often because we don’t understand that we are playing out past experienced trauma in the Here and Now, we create more unresolved pain and trauma with the people we have attracted into our lives to help us heal it – thus adding insult to injury.
This then only causes the unprocessed emotions to accumulate further, which then attracts even more extreme situations and experiences to help you release it.
Pro-actively finding these places of unprocessed trauma and emotions within yourself, allows you to work through them more quickly and with less effort or DRAMA than waiting for them to get triggered on their own.
I pray this article serves you and helps you understand the true meaning of deep healing, as well as helps you recognize these 11 signs in your own relationships with healers and therapist. The world truly needs the medicine of your healing, because it is through healing much more than spiritual disciplines that we achieve inner union with our soul and return to the Oneness with All That Is.
You DO NOT need to be within a Soul Partnership relationship to achieve inner union, inner union is available to us all. You do not need to be activated by a special love relationship to achieve it.
